I took fivelac for a while and it seemed to help a bit.
Very expensive though.

This is my method...
Strict Candida Diet (3 weeks only)
--------ROTATE - Grapefruit-Seed-Extract 1 WEEK - COCONUT OIL - THE NEXT WEEK----------------
Grapefruit Seed Extract (2 pills every day - 1 month)
Coconut Oil (tablespoon every day - 1 month)
--------ROTATE - Grapefruit-Seed-Extract 1 WEEK - COCONUT OIL - THE NEXT WEEK----------------
Lugols Iodine (2-8 drops in water each day - 2 weeks solid)
Apple Cider Vinegar (small glass everyday)

I've beaten candida twice using only these things. If I hadn't binged on alcohol for 3 weeks I would have beaten it the first time.

Incredibly bad die-off though, felt like I had rabies or something.

Worth it now though as I don't get any symptoms now, especially panic attacks.
