I tried Iodine more than a year ago(Around April,May,June,July of 2007). When I started doing it, I had very many uncomfortable symtoms, which vanished when I stopped injesting Iodine. Some of the symtoms were, loose motions, knee pains, cracking of knee and other joints, and feeling weak.

Needless to say, Inspite of injesting Iodine last year, I still suffered from hayfever last year and this year.

I later switched to painting Iodine, but then decided to stop it completely. I would be very cautious in injesting Iodine. At most I might paint my body with, that too not on a regular basis.

My thyroid is good, and I strongly beleive in regular exercises. But the hayfever takes its toll on me every August and September. I will keep looking for a permanent solution...
