Hi Hollith, just reading your post and couldn't help but wonder if there is a possibility you could be anemic? Just wanted to throw it out there. I realize iron supplementation can be a double-edged sword when there may be a microbe that loves iron involved, but all your symptoms could be from that as well as all the other stuff. I also wanted to recommend a product I have recently started up again for my adrenals called taurox. It's an immune modulator and it makes me feel SOOOO much better. It's only aggravating, because, even though you feel normal while on it, once you run out, symptoms slowly re-emerge.(but it can take a while) With a baby at home, it could be a "life saver." You could continue to take the adrenal strengthening stuff while you're on the taurox, and then maybe they will cooperate when your not.(if you decide to try it) Also, if you try it, sometimes you don't feel the full effects for about 4-5 days after starting it. I was so frustrated when my ND recommended it and then I didn't feel it work until days afterward. But boy am I gald I stuck with it. It really does make one feel "normal". I am about where you are otherwise. HTH ( I am going to try and post some info about it, but please have mercy on me--I am not very computer savvy!)

Descriiption of Taurox SB 6x Enhanced
Taurox SB 6X is a homeopathic immune optimizer containing trillions of therapeutic molecules per dose. It modulates the Defense mechanism of body to decrease fatigue and allow more effective immune responses. It is not an acute stimulant; it does not contain caffeine or herbal stimulants.

Initial clinical trials have shown that up to 90% of users with moderate to severe fatigue experienced a reduction in fatigue after taking Taurox, the primary active ingredient, for 3-6 weeks or longer. The effect may continue to increase with time. This immunomodulating preparation has also been reported to be Enhanceful during times of cold, flu or allergies. Suggested Use for Taurox SB 6x Enhanced
Suggested use for adults at least 15 years of age (for those under 15 years of age, consult your doctor): Briefly shake bottle before using. Place 12 drops under your tongue daily, preferably early in the day, or as directed by a health professional. You might get the full benefit from a smaller dose, so you might try 6 or less drops. Squeeze the dropper very gently, just enough to get the drops. If it is difficult to count the drops in your mouth, try putting the drops in a spoon first. Notice that 12 drops is about 40% of the dropper height, so you can use this estimate instead of counting drops precisely. Drops can be taken all at the same time or throughout the day, preferably at least 6 hours prior to bedtime. Leave the drops in your mouth for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before or after use. For children 14 years of age and younger, ask your doctor. The full dose might be too much for some people; if this is the case, take less. See dose adjustment section below. The bottle contains enough for at least 45 days. If you find that a larger dose works better for you, it will last for fewer days.

Warning for Taurox SB 6x Enhanced
Keep out of reach of children. Do not take with steroids or immunosuppressive agents, which will inhibit the effects. OTC preparations such as aspirin, acetaminophen or others for aches and pains are not likely to decrease the benefits. Do not use if pregnant or breast-feeding. Do not use if you have had an organ transplant. Do not take if you have an autoimmune condition without professional consultation. (There is no study data on this; it is a conceptual concern.
