Hi, Not to sound uncaring (I do care!), but it seems you are placing the responsibility for getting the information you need, on other people. The answers ARE HERE! And, frankly, I would not want someone new to just try a flush based upon reading a couple of recipes for it--you absolutely NEED to take time to get familiar with the different recipes, read AT LEAST 10-20 posts of people relating their experiences, before jumping in. I spent almost a week reading through tons of posts, and recipes, before deciding to do it.

And all that reading gave me much needed background on the subject!

If you take just a moment and look at the main curezone site, there are links to all the cleanses, with detailed introductions and explanations of what they are, how they work, and what to do--right on the very first link for each cleanse. You don't have to click very far. And if you are really in a dire medical condition, post an urgent message with your questions--2, or 3 times if need be, as sometimes the person who has your answers may not see the post if they don't happen to logon when you post it. We're all human here; we want to do what we can for you.

Please, don't misunderstand! I absolutely WANT TO SUPPORT YOU and help you in any way possible. DO POST your thoughts. A beginner's section here would be awesome. We NEED your input. And we want you to get well. But people are busy sometimes, and a lack of a response that tells you step by step what to do in no way indicates people don't care about you! That's why the web pages for each cleanse exist--so that the information could be available easily at all times to everyone, without having to wait for a reply from someone.

Do your homework. It doesn't have to take a week for you--even as little as an hour could give you enough info to decide what you want to do. Start on the main site and read through the recipes if that's what you are wanting first, and then read some posts on the board. And keep asking questions.
