Your welcome for the information. According to mushroom and candida I'm not too sure if it will affect the candida in a bad way. so far so good...

Dong Quai & Maca root are both specifically women herbs to balance hormones and menstrual. I hope this should help. As far as your actual problem I suggest you do a research on both herbs and see which helps the most. I suggest looking into both female herbs.
