Yesterday you said you felt like you were experiencing a little die off. So you were getting a slight reaction, but wanted to get the dose up so you continued. Nest time you'll know to just cut way back.

Most are expecting to getting sick and feel as though they're missing out if they don't get sick. Maybe it's a good thing to get sick once so you have satisfied your curiosity. In the future you will see the signs quicker if you decide to continue with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
