Hi Lumpy,

You should use organically grown coffee. I found some at Albertsons that didn't cost too much. I bought a colonic board for my Colon Cleanse and did coffee colonics (4 cups of coffee in 5 gallons of water) twice a day for a week. I was worried about the caffeine because I don't drink coffee, but it was not a problem. Coffee is good to draw the toxins out of your body.
