Thanks for the notice - for some odd reasons the Gremlins got in and changed most of the links to some kind of javascriipt.

Weird!

They are fixed now.

Suggestion: try cayenne pepper tincture for the BP.  It is hot stuff but it does a great job of regulating BP (and CZ member Unyquity makes a mean cayenne tincture).
