you are right about the taste. since yesterday morning i have only consumed urine and water, the taste does improve and it all becomes very easy. tonight after work i will end the fast. i have tried the method before with little success this time however i have gone almost 2 days . i hope this is not to much to soon. from tomorrow i will only be drinking the morning urine and evening urine ,at weekends i will do the ocassional fast. the 2 day fast that i am currently on was to break myself in. i want to keep this up for as long as i can and hopefully see an improvement with my psoriasis, it is not actually that bad and i have not tried that many creams etc . i have been told and read many positive things about urine therapy so i thought i would give it ago.
has anyone had any success usung urine therapy against their Psoriasis .
