Every one is a bit different. They say a maintenance dose is at least 3-4 ounces morning urine. Some drink it once in a while when they feel like it, others drink everything they pass every day. As for myself I drink approx 7 ounces in the morning and 7 ounces at night depending on what I eat. ex: If I eat pizza and a bit of wine I skip the therapy...
