She said to take 3 -4 drops under the tongue every hour until the little bottle is empty (1 tablespoon). For me I started feeling the pain the second day. For every recipie (homeopathic drops) you take, you have to wait 2 - 3 days to rest your immune system and then you can make another recipie. Every recipie brings you a step further in the cleansing but you have to remember to rest in between...

The homeopathic drops doesn't stop you from taking the internal recipie.
