How can taking p5p keep you from neurological problems ?I would think you would have more problems because you are getting more b6. Can you explain that . I understand that taking bcomplex is the way to do that.You need a balance. If you want you can take a co enzyme form of b complex it is broken down for you and also supplies all the b's. Country life has one. I myself found whole food b complex is better for me.I do not have mortons toe[toe next to big toe longer than big toe.] ] so I don't think I need p5p. My sister has that.
