I'm going to go ahead and do the 30 days. Even this morning the psoriasis was lighter, which is awesome. After the 30 days, I'll see where I stand and then figure out where to go from there.

As far as a magnesium deficiency, I KNOW I have one, because I did a hair sample test with my naturopath a few months ago. We're trying to address everything, but she got really sick and had to have surgery, so she hasn't been around for a while.
