I wonder what is the link between amygdala stimulation and iodine.

Has anyone here tried amydgala clicking?

I did not know of the Lingo method but I do feel a lot of synchronicity, which was one of the reasons I have been interested in yoga for many years.

I wonder if people taking Iodine supplementation are not experiencing more of this?
To the point of "popping" the front lobes!

Now, if this was the case, it would explain why Iodine helps so much with Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome symptoms, Lyme and autoimmune conditions.

Bad experiences are remembered and the amygdala repeatedly sends messages of fear and stress, decreasing immunity, exarcerbating pain, exhausting the body by the fight or fly response.

My experience tells me that there is much more to Iodine than meets the eye, more than halogen replacement, metal detoxification and lowering the load of pathogens.
