I drink it up till 6 pm, don't know why anymore. I also skip the 1st one at 6 am, though it seems to be the best. I once got a bloody discharge (might have nothing to do with the UT), but had read that pregnant people should skip the 1st one, may be related to hormones? I am 70 and certainly not pregnant :), I just wanted to be save.
I drink urine through the day.
