Never read we should not drink after 6pm and I read everything I could put my hands on. I always drink before I go to bed and I sleep very well. The only advice is if you drink too much at night, it could make you go to the bathroom too often during the night. Otherwise, there is no problem. I have read not to drink the one from bedtime until 3 am or 4 am, but never understood why...
