the short answer is whatever works.

build up the dose. i take a whole dropper full every day. and then at least 100mg of Iodine in the form of Lugols on top of that.

if you dont take way more than what your body can absorb it will take time to address the prostate due to less Iodine passing through it. you want to be excreting it and get it in there.
