Thank you. Now, I'm not terribly familiar with oil pulling. Is that where I swish the oil in and out of my teeth? If so, for how long, and what kind of oil?

And yes, the skin stuff is such a bummer, isn't it? I try to keep it in perspective, but some days get really depressing.
