Since the past 2 days I started consuming my urine (once in the morning and once in the evening, an hour before I sleep). I have started off very slowly with just around 1 ounce or so each time. I have noticed that I have been unable to sleep well since the last 2 nights. Is this the because of the urine dose I am taking in the night?
