Hi folks,

I've been reading up on the incredible benefits of UT everywehere I can lay my hands on. I currently have Acne problems (bumps on my cheeks and chin, very rough skin with blackheads) and am eager to start off with UT. This morning I massaged fresh urine onto my face. I dont know what to expect.

I plan to use it as a moisturiser. I'm still nervous about starting to drink it as
I dont want to experience nasty detox reactions.

How much should I start out with to not experience massive detox reactions.

Has anyone had success using UT internally/externally to completely cure acne?
