She actaully has a copper toxicity (who knew?) and some other diet related (or so she is sonsidering) problems
Ohhh your take is it is an emotional issue and she needs some sort of emotional therapy?

Certainly it couldn't hurt

But your advice to a vegetarian that you had to go back to meat to ground is probably too personal, in the sense that, you probably did not have to add meat to ground

So the advise, while your experience and your choice might not be suitable for most vege's is an anathem to thier belief system

There ar eother steps that can b e taken before adding meat
