You need to truly learn how to do it, if you ask that then I know you are not familiar with the diet. Go to healingcancernaturally.com and the yahoo group: flaxseedoil2 This group is the best way to do Budwig, and get lots of help. You should use cottage cheese, yogurt is harder to use for this diet. Also its not that simple; if you don't read all the protocol you can't do it properly.
