Responding to your last post,no, you will not die from your own urine.We would all be in trouble if that was the case, ha ha. Once you start to see and feel the benefits,it just becomes a part of your daily life, just like brushing your teeth.It is so normal. As for hair turning back to its original colour I thought I was seeing things. I also thought it was wishful thinking. My hair started to turn grey at 40 years of age .I am now 49 and my hair has been getting darker once again and it is a process I am happy with. It certainly is a gradual thing.
I also firmly believe that regular consumption of ones own urine does make the body stronger. I have also found that I am a lot more mellow and can tolerate people who once use to annoy me; more of a spiritual aspect. Don`t worry what other people think, its your body, your choice and your rite, all the best spiritual 1.
