Thanks for both of those websites.....both are good.

If you are on the eastern side of Ike, that is NOT the good side. You will get a tremendous amount of wind (tornadoes) and rain. The west side is the "good" side of the storm to be on.

When Katrina hit, NO was the projected hit, but at the last few minutes Katrina wobbled a little to the right and hit my state. So, expect Ike to wobble just a little before he makes landfall. It's common.

I will pray for anyone who made the BAD decision to stay and ride out the storm. This is not a storm to play with.

I would also encourage EVERYONE to keep your gas tank full because we may very well run out of gas after this storm hits.
