hardest day for me, I got through it no problem.
I kept on staring at the food on my shelf, but I was strong enough to stop myself from eating it. It was great, no food intake, a little caffeine from starbucks and it's making me a little dizzy. but yea, so the third day's done, and I am half way there.
I think I wouldn't need to fast anymore after this 6 day fast, since I am just 3 or 4 pounds away from my goal weight.

yay!!!! good luck to everybody who's on a fast, you can do it!
