Thanks for the good tidings. I'm settling into a nice cleanse now.
Some weird detox - a big bump on my forehead (that happened once before) appeared last night but is now receding. I also have a huge zit (sorry) by the side of my nose.

Day 8 and going strong! You must be in the refeeding stage now, right?
