I have received so much benefit from working on energetic healing, but my mom said she felt nothing from the experience??? I felt changes take place after working on her (even smells, lol), I'm certain that something happened. I am treating my mom with some detox herbs currently and she has been doing well but has had an exsperation of symptoms, which is clearly a healing crisis. I worked on her energies right before she started the herbs, so she had gone from feeling really great at the start of taking the herbs to this healing crisis, so some of this may relate to the energy work.

I found a post on how to make psi energy balls, it was such a simple process I decided to try and do it with my son, who is 12. He said he could feel energy come in through his feet and out his hands, then he could feel his hands tingle. What a fun experiment that was.

Whenever my daughter can't fall asleep she asks me to do the energy thing. It's something I made up about a year ago. I take my hand and move it from the top of head to the belly button without touching the skin and then I pull out the negative energy and throw it out. It works every time! If she has a headache I do the same thing, which also works every time!
