Liver Flush is good but Iodine therapy is better


I learned this after doing 41 LFs

heck after all those flushes my liver is still swollen LOL

iam on iodoral 100 mg a day and MSM 6000mg a day

I feel better than doing 41 LFs

I do get detox symtoms from it tho, expected
