what convinces you meat is the answer? I'm just curoious, I don not know whether it is or not but I seriously doubt that I would go from panic attack and anxiety to meat

It seems a hige jump and almost a non sequitir

How did you ocme up with the connection?

Do you have a church or practice that connects you to the higher power?

Go and begin to ground yourself in faith

Speak to the pastor, lleader, whomever the person of responsibility is

Begin to create a human (vs online) support system so you may gorund in the group and have their support on a face to face basis

Also use this medium but not at the exemption of the human connection
