In the book 'your bodys many cries for water' the author says that clear urine means you are well hydrated, but yellow urine means you need more water in the body. You need quite alot of water to make clear or light yellow urine, and water intake only counts when you drink pure water not tea etc...

There is an exception, after taking B vitmain complex tablet your urine will be bright yellow.
