I have been reading a few articles that say high cholesterol isn't bad for you. Mine was high (371), and I was able to bring it down naturally (194), but it keeps creeping up. I have eaten only healthy food for about 5 years and i'm coming to the conclusion that I shouldn't worry about cholesterol. Maybe I'll change doctors!
