I half-agree that sex can be a distraction from other things in life, but then it is a (great) part of life in itself.

As far as your question goes, you can reduce sexual urges by making sure you get plenty of it. Your body will recognize the abundance and won't act like there's a famine.

Or you can try to develop heart disease. Heart Disease lowers libido, ruins erectile functionality, etc. Then you can always pop a v1agra when you feel like going at it.
