I'm doing about 10 drops of Lugols 5% from a bottle that I put magnets on to. I've been going up slowly, I think that's getting towards 100 mg's, which is my goal. Sometimes I take it again at night, sometimes I skip a day.
I want them out, and with all the poison all over the place that I've breathed or eaten by accident, no pharma, no thanks. I live in a house with a well, so I don't take flouride showers.
I'm trying to eat better, that one's hard, just got rid of msg. It's hard to find organic food where I live. I'm drinking distilled water. I still feel crummy a lot, I did today.
