Sorry for being slow to respond.
Jojoba oil, I have no idea, never tried it for this purpose.
The last six months I've been using what worked for me, the olive oil and fine-ground Sea Salt almost exclusively. However, I was symptom-free also a week without the daily oil/salt treatments while on vacation in a very sunny place. Normally the symptoms come back if I skip a few evening treatments.
Maybe the daily baths in very salt water did the trick, or maybe it was the sun, or why not the E-vitamin enriched high SPF sunscreen.
I'll keep those ideas in mind for later testing, for now I'm just happy I found something that works reliably to keep the SD symptoms under control.
By all means, try all kinds of stuff that might work and keep a log book over how your SD symptoms correlate to things you eat, how you feel, what you do, and the stuff you try. Maybe there will be a pattern to disclose that holds the key to your personal remedy.
Best,
