Hi,

It's so good to find other people who suffer from Pyroluria. I've had 100+ counselling sessions; many psychiatric appointments; tried every class of psych-drug; became an alcoholic along the way.

What a relief to find you people !

Got a few questions, if you don't mind. I've seen lists of supplements to try. I'm taking 100 mg zinc, and 1,500 mg B6 and I'm only seeing partial results. My 'Generalized Anxiety Disorder' (DSM terminology) was rated as very-severe; so I think it would be okay to increase zinc/B6. Are there any guidelines in finding the right dosage?

Also, I need a professional to help me. Is a Naturopath the best choice? Has anyone seen one; and are they knowledgeable about Pyroluria?
