I will add my deepest believe; the frqs used by HAARP also interfere, most likely to activate dormant (currently cyst form) bacteria (Lyme). This increases the toxin load while the chemicals from the sky limit our ability to excrete these toxins.

Their unspoken mantra:
"Resistance is futile. You will disarm your weapons, and escort us to Sector 001. If you attempt to intervene, we will destroy you."
