the facial cleanser i was using had salicyclic acid in it and i believe this is what caused my EC. I would foolisihly not avoid the lips when i washed my face and some cleanser would get on my lips all the time and i would just wash it off with water but i think days and days of doing this ruined my stratum corneum. i need to reverse this damage. but hoooooowwww!
