hmmm yes i have also been reading other forums and seen many people who have broken out with cysts who didnt have them before. Perhaps i will wait a while. I am currenlty working in Spain for the summer but will bear it in mind to see a herbalist when i am home.

I am mad buying lots of different stuff at the moment but i just received some 101E Acne getaway which contains chinese herbs...have heard many positive things about it so i think i will try that plus the hot water and lemon thing and give that a month or so to see if things improve. I also have some Pantothenic Acid powder but will probably leave doing that if i can possibly help it as i dont like the idea of overdosing.

Thanks again for your words of advice....they really do help.
