I know that this article is not the end all. I just wanted to open up the discussion of selenium again. And I personally do not want to take a toxic amount. I am in search for that magic number. I am taking 200mcg of seleniomethione each day but one day, I took 400mcg. I actually felt better with the 400 but I do not want to do harm to my body in the long run.
