They are both antifungals and work with a Candida diet.

I consider the drugs more effective than the natural antifungals, although no anti fungal will work with a poor diet.

I took nystatin for 9 years and my father still takes it. However, I don't recommend either one for long term health, only short term emergency help where you don't know what to do to get a normal life.

All drugs damage the liver, mine is no different. In the end, I had to stop taking nilstat and try something else, which is too long to list here.
