sorry to hear that. No i lost my money in the end, although it was relatively small order and not as expensive as a juicer.

I would advise you to check the time liimit you have (i believe its 40 days) to file a paypal dispute and not miss the deadline.

I gave them extra time to ship because of the postal strike at the time. when i didnt receive i spoke to the guy who said he would resend by recorded delivery which i never received either, and by the time i went to make the claim i was outside of the deadline.

i swear that anytime i place an order on a website that only takes paypal as payment i have problems with (not ebay, just independant websites) as its happened nearly everytime ive paid with paypal as opposed to a credit card. Its just hapened with an order from nutmarket.co.uk as well which i will be filing a claim against soon.
