Check Ask Moreless support forum. You'll find answers to all your problems. I do not mean you should stop UT, I take it myself once a day in the morning. But such a drastic measures like a month fast sounds crazy, especially without supervision. Your adrenals are weak if you feel dizzy upon standing up. And fast will make them more exhausted. I think your plans are very dangerious. Anyway it's your choice.
