...And suddenly I was able to sleep.

I know, I know...there are all kinds of chemical/bodily functions to consider, diet, parasites, metabolism, lifestyle choices, environment, and on and on and on...but...

...Has anyone noticed instant improvements from the loss of a single source of toxins?


There are all kinds of if's, and's, and but's attached to this...and I ain't done yet...not by a long shot...still, the change in my feelings is so great as to be remarkable.

A sense of 'heaviness' has lifted, the adrenals seem to be relieved of some stress, and seem to want a period of healing/rebuilding.

Other 'symptoms' seem to be quiet.

I wouldn't write this here if the change didn't seem to be significant.

I think my body likes me.
