Due to panic attacks I am not able to work and cannot afford to buy supplements. I am trying to balance my copper levels and I am vegetarian. I will not eat meat so please don't suggest it.

Am I able to balance copper without supplements like zinc? I am able to eat organic vegetables but this is as far as I can afford. What should I do?

Also, I will have to eat lots of eggs, right?
