Doc recomends the probiotic FLoraSource after the colon is cleaned out. It might be a good idea for you to take it now as suggested by another poster here. You can google that one. I think it works very well.
A few drops of the oregano oil from Barefoot diluted in some oil in the 00 capsules might help, too.
Then, judging from my own experience, I think it would be a great idea for you to consider doing this program soon. Plan on some work and patience, but it has worked for so many of us here.
