i think many of us know exactly what your feeling- the urgent desire to rid your body of these free loaders. as much as we would love to nuke every last one in an instant, it really can't happen that way.

as we begin to kill the nasties, they emit toxins that make us feel awful- detox. the body can only handle so much at one time. each round of parasite cleanse you do will remove another 'layer', as fledgling says, allowing your body to heal and feel stronger. as your body gets stronger, it will begin to work more efficiently and become less hospitable to the things that make us sick.

humaworm is really gentle. my husband, i and our 4 children ages, 13, 11, 8 & 4 have just done round 3 of humaworm. each time, we get better. humaworm is the single best protocol we have done.

while you are waiting, you can prepare your body for the cleanse so that die off won't be so rough. try a bowel cleanse to get some of the excess garbage out. change your diet if need be to include lots of healthy, rebuilding food. drink a lot of water. perhaps, try a liver flush. (Check out fledgling's post below.) take the in between herbs: 1/4 tsp of sage, thyme, garlic, onion, cinnamon and cloves daily. i encapsulate them in empty gel caps as it's not easy to get all of them every day.
