I have been trying to conceive for 1 year. My RE says I have polyps about 1 cm in the uterus. She wanted me to do a hysteroscopy and D&C but I was too anxious to go through surgery. At the moment, I am doing supplements, acupuncture, herbs, just started homeopathy. I am also doing different cleanses like liver cleansing, colon cleansing etc. I recently heard about urine therapy and want to try it. I took a few spoons yesterday but I find that my urine is quite yellow and so more salty when I drink it. Is this okay to drink? Should I stop my supplements, herbs,cleasing etc when doing urine therapy since there could be overdose in the urine?
