feeling them move is terrible eh. I've had two varieties of this. one was a deeper full body crawling, to me it felt like larval migration, although I can't be sure. but it was everywhere, and in my body, felt deep. this stopped a while ago just with continued building of my health, good diet, liver flushing, juicing, some antiparasitic herbs.

the other type I've had happened when I lay down to sleep mainly, it was like a rush of crawling...but it was not deep, more superficial. this was what resolved with the essential oils. what was it with me? I don't know.

the essential oils are different from herb tinctures. these are made by steam distillation, using pounds of herb or seed and extracting mainly the chemicals, and result of just a little bottle of oil. very strong, hence the dosage of drops, they had good effect for me, but that may just be my case.

you say you see worms beneath the skin...what do they look like, do they leave tracts?

hang in there, it will get better.
