Wow, all I can say is, you sound heartless and selfish! I understand you are frustrated and need your product but I'm sure you knew that he had suffered a fire and you should not have ordered it if you didn't plan on waiting for your order. RG is a good man and he will send your order soon. You don't know the circumstances he is facing and have a lot of nerve judging some one else's misfortune.
