Hi birdman717. I am glad you mentioned the man-made pathogen part, because I did not what to say it.
But, what you describe sounds to me like symptoms many other's who are becoming infected by these emerging "things". Gene modification technologies, molecular bioengineering and even nano technology are all moving at such a fast rate, that no agency [government or industry] can keep up.
There are billions of dollars involved, and competition for novel technologies is fierce.
Contamination of the environment has already happened, and there is such a wide range of phenomenon to deal with.
If you can have your blood reviewed microscopically, I would advise this.
There are options, but it is best to know something about the unwanted pathogen.
